White Elephant Building - Lincoln Common

The existing White Elephant building, which was more than 100 years old, had an existing second floor which was required to be demolished to create an open space for retail. The structural solution involved constructing a horizontal truss to brace the exterior wall and subsequently demolishing the framing for second floor.
