The project included construction of new rooftop terrace framing above the existing roof framing which was not originally designed for heavier loading. The amenity deck posed structural challenges to accommodate and support the new heavier weight of deep soil profiles, trees and shrubs and pavers. The new framing solution provided no interruptions to the office spaces located on the level below.
