727 W. Madison is an award-winning concrete residential tower in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood. The structural design included highly efficient, flat plate PT slab designs forming the elliptical floor plate over the height of the tower. The contractors were able to achieve 3 day pour cycles during tower construction and the coordinated placement shear walls and columns within units demising walls maximized panoramic views from the residential spaces.
